📌 Documentation Under Development

Dear Users!

Since OmniCraft ERP is currently in an active beta stage, with regular updates and expansions, the reference materials are also being updated gradually.

At this time, please treat the documentation as a guide—it is currently incomplete, may temporarily lack descriptions for certain features, or contain minor inaccuracies.

💡 Analytics: The Business Dashboard

The "Analytics" tab is your command center. If the Cash Flow Ledger shows where the money is, and Capital shows what the business is worth, Analytics answers the primary question: "How efficiently is my workshop operating, and in what direction is it heading?".

The software automatically aggregates data from all journals (sales, raw stock, and cash flow) and visualizes them into key performance indicators (KPIs) and interactive charts.

📊 Three Indicators of Business Health (KPIs)

At the top of the screen are three metric cards, calculated in real time based on your entire operational history.

1. 💵 Average Ticket

Shows the average amount of money generated by a single processed transaction.

  • Why is this necessary: This figure helps evaluate the effectiveness of your pricing policy and customer relations. If you introduce new packaging, add cross-selling items to your inventory, or simply raise prices, a rising average ticket will objectively confirm that your strategy is working.

2. 🎯 Break-Even Point

One of the most important metrics for planning. The program analyzes your fixed and variable expenses over the last 6 months and divides them by the average profit per single item.

  • How to read: This number shows the minimum quantity of items you need to manufacture and sell each month to cover all costs (raw materials, rent, utilities, depreciation, and advertising) to operate at net zero.
  • Business application: Anything sold beyond this quantity starts generating your net profit.

3. ⏱️ Time ROI (Return on Time)

A unique OmniCraft ERP metric designed specifically for artisans. It is computed using the following formula:

$$\text{Time ROI} = \frac{\text{Total Net Profit}}{\text{Total Working Hours (based on Calculator norms)}}$$

  • The value of this metric: The figure shows how much actual money one hour of hands-on workbench labor brings you.
  • How to use it: This metric reveals the "hidden killers" of your time. You might discover that a complex bag yields only $3/hour due to massive labor hours, while a simple passport cover yields $15/hour. This is a direct signal to optimize your product catalog or immediately revise pricing for labor-intensive goods.

📈 Financial Pulse (6-Month Dynamics)

The line chart shows the evolution of your business over the last six months. It displays three key lines:

  • 🟢 Revenue: The volume of cash received from clients.
  • 🟠 Expenses: The total cost volume (cost of goods sold + overhead expenses + operational cash flow expenses).
  • 🔵 Net Profit: The difference between revenue and expenses.

How to Analyze Trends

Pay close attention to the "shears" (gap) between the Revenue line and the Expenses line. If revenue is growing, but net profit is falling or stagnating, this indicates that your margins are shrinking (for example, due to rising raw material costs or higher shipping fees), and it is time to input new pricing rules in the Calculator.

🥧 Revenue Structure (Sales Engines)

The pie chart clearly displays which specific products are driving your revenue. The program automatically highlights the Top 5 most profitable items and groups the rest into an "Others" category.

This chart serves as your foundation for ABC product analysis:

  • Group A (Leaders): Products generating the bulk of your money. They require close attention: never let them drop out of stock and prioritize them during raw material procurements.
  • Group C (Laggards/Outsiders): Products occupying microscopic shares of the chart. It's worth considering whether they "freeze" your funds in highly specific raw materials on the shelves and waste your time without producing a noticeable return.

🧠 Synergy of Metrics: Decision Making

The true power of the "Analytics" tab is unlocked when reading the metrics together:

Time ROI is low, but Average Ticket is highYou sell expensive but extremely labor-intensive things. You are working to exhaustion.Raise prices in the Calculator or simplify product designs.
Break-even point rises month to monthYour fixed overheads (rent, subscriptions, advertising) eat up margin.Perform an audit in Cash Flow (DDS) and cut unnecessary operating expenses.
